Grapefruit and Rosemary Cocktail

With the weather getting warmer and warmer many afternoons are being spent playing in the backyard and soaking in the sunshine. For me, there is nothing better after a long week then sitting on the deck, watching my daughter play, while sipping a refreshing cocktail. Herbaceous and citrusy with the perfect balance of sweet, sour and bitter, this grapefruit and rosemary gin-based drink is my new favorite springtime go-to. Feel free to substitute vodka for gin, or for a mock-tail version substitute the alcohol for 3 oz of seltzer and 1 tsp apple cider vinegar. Cheers!
